Michael L. is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development and engineering. Currently employed at QuoteWizard since August 2023, Michael previously worked at Microsoft from July 2007 to April 2023, contributing to the design and improvement of the Bing search engine and its indexing pipelines, as well as creating key systems for stability and availability within distributed environments. Before Microsoft, Michael worked as a Software Engineer at Modular Mining from July 2002 to July 2006, where design and development of autonomous haul trucking systems were the primary focus, utilizing technologies such as Java and C#. Michael holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
