Brian Lottman

Brian Lottman, PhD, currently serves as the Senior Director of Program Management at QuSecure, focusing on addressing the risks posed by quantum computing to public-key cryptography. In addition, Brian is a Principal at LCG LLC, a consulting firm that assists small to mid-size businesses with growth and innovation strategies. Brian has held various leadership roles at Raytheon Intelligence & Space, Northrop Grumman, and Lockheed Martin, where responsibilities included overseeing critical national defense programs and ensuring national security through advanced technologies. Brian has also contributed to academia as a part-time instructor at Loyola Marymount University and holds multiple degrees, including a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
