Fiona Milner

Fiona Milner has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Fiona is currently working at QUT as the Digital Business Solutions - Communications Lead. Prior to this, Fiona worked as the Change and Communications Manager at QUT. Before joining QUT, Fiona served as the Organisational Change Lead and Information Services Organisational Change Manager at Urban Utilities. Fiona also worked as a Senior Consultant at Resource Energy Solutions. Fiona has a long history with the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade), where they held positions such as Senior Business Analyst, Client Service Manager, Project Manager, and Export Adviser. Fiona started their career as a Trade Officer at Blue Star Line, where they were responsible for key account management in the China, Korea, and Japan trades.

Fiona Milner completed a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School in 2002-2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Economics in Economics and International Relations from Macquarie University during 1991-1994. Fiona also holds a PROSCI Certification from Being Human, obtained in 2017.
