M.K. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. They started their career as a Histology Technician at Labcorp in 2005 and then worked as an Associate Scientist at Pfizer from 2007 to 2009. In 2012, they joined Merck as a Learning Specialist and stayed there until 2016. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at the American Red Cross as a Licensed Training and Engagement Professional. In 2016, they became the Corporate Sr. Quality Manager at Xellia Pharmaceuticals, a position they held until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Senior Manager Quality Compliance (GMP Training) at Catalent Pharma Solutions. Currently, they are the Associate Director, Corporate Quality Training at QuVa Pharma, Inc.

M. K. earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Fayetteville State University in 2006. Following that, they went on to pursue a Master's degree in Microbiology General at Old Dominion University, which was completed in 2012.
