Anu Maajärvi-Kosamo

Anu Maajärvi-Kosamo has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Anu started their career in 1990 at KONE as a SW designer and worked there until 1993. After that, they joined Nokia Siemens Networks where they held various roles including R&D Specialist, Manager of R&D Operability, and SW designer. Anu was with Nokia Siemens Networks from 1993 to 2012. In 2012, Anu joined Tieto as a Lead System Analyst and worked there until 2017. Currently, they are employed at Qvantel where they have held the positions of Senior Business Analyst, Product Owner, and Business Engineer, starting in 2017.

Anu Maajärvi-Kosamo holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Education from Tampere University, which was completed in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Information Technology from Tampere University of Technology in 2005. Anu also has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Raahe Institute of Computer Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Anu has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Anu became a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist and obtained the SAFe 5 Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2022. In June 2015, they achieved the IBM Watson Explorer Content Analytics Product Fundamentals Technical Professional v2 certification from IBM. Anu also holds certifications in R Programming and Machine Learning from Coursera, obtained in November 2014 and May 2014, respectively. Furthermore, they attained the TOGAF 9 Foundation certification from The Open Group in June 2013.
