Eriko Kanno (Terada) has extensive experience in administrative and community roles, currently serving as a Community Specialist at QVC Japan, Inc. since May 2013, after holding positions as a Senior Executive Assistant and Executive Assistant within the same organization. Prior to joining QVC, Eriko worked as a Senior Secretary at Citi Cards Japan, Inc. from August 2012 to May 2013 and spent over seven years at UBS Securities Co., Ltd as a Secretary. Eriko's early career includes the role of Administrative Supervisor at Miki Travel from 2002 to 2004 and as a Reservation Agent at Hilton from September 2000 to 2002. Eriko holds a Bachelor's degree in International Travel and Tourism from the University of the Arts London, completed between 1997 and 2000, and a Foundation degree from Queen Mary University of London from 1995 to 1996.
