Nova Mufida possesses extensive experience in recruitment and talent management, currently serving as a Recruitment & Talent Management professional at Qverse since December 2022, where responsibilities include employer branding, learning and development, and company culture, reporting directly to the CFO. Prior to this role, Nova held positions such as Talent Acquisition Partner at TaniHub, People Partner at Korn Ferry, and RPO Recruiter focused on IT and digital recruitment. Additional experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Recruitment & Employer Branding specialist at Cartenz Group, as well as a Recruitment Consultant at Kelly Services Indonesia, contributing to a significant joint venture in workforce solutions in the Asia Pacific region. Nova holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biology from the University of Indonesia.
