Warren Kleinman has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry. Warren began their career in 2002 as the Information Resource and Telecom Manager at FIC Insurance Group, where they were responsible for technical purchasing, asset management, software licensing management, and managing the Nortel Phone system with Octel Voice Mail and I3-IVR system for Customer Service. In 2006, they moved to Unisys as a Tier II Technician, providing remote and phone support for over 15000 employees internationally on over 3500 different applications both windows and web based. Warren then worked at CompassLearning as a System Support Specialist, providing onsite and remote technical support on all desktops, laptops and network printers, and taking over mobile and wireless support as well as contracts with Sprint and ATT, negotiating contract pricing and service levels. From 2008-2010, they worked at Indymac Bank as a Contracter / Tier II Remote Technician, providing Tier II remote support to over 4000 remote employees of Indymac Bank on all laptop, wireless, networking and application issues. Warren then joined Apple Inc. as a Senior Advisor in 2010, and BigCommerce as a Tier 2 Senior Support Engineer in 2011. In 2018, they joined Microchip Technology Inc. as an IT Support Specialist, and Qvinci Software as a Customer Support Team Lead SME, Customer Success Manager SME Tier III, and Customer Success Manager.
Warren Kleinman obtained their Diploma from Mandan High School between 1986 and 1989. Warren then attended ITT Technical Institute from 1990 to 1992, where they earned an AAS in Electronic Engineering. Warren also holds certifications in A+ and KSET Customer Service Excellence.
