Ben Kilby has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ben worked as a Store Manager at Solutions Ready from June 2010 to October 2013. Ben then joined Mills Chevrolet as a Sales Consultant from October 2013 to September 2014. After that, they worked as a Hybrid Retail Rep at Solutions Ready from September 2014 to November 2015. Ben then joined Rent-A-Center as a Sales Manager from March 2016 to May 2017. Currently, they are working at R.A Jones, starting as a Customer Service Supervisor in May 2017 and later promoted to Customer Service Manager in February 2019.
Ben Kilby attended Ashford University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a degree in Communication Studies with a focus on Communication and Media Studies. In addition to their degree, they also earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from R.A Jones in March 2021 and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from the same institution in January 2018.
