Kyle O'Donnell

Kyle O'Donnell has had a diverse range of work experiences. Kyle started their career as a Military Police in the United States Army, where they collaborated with COG Law Enforcement Agencies and conducted Army Security Missions for high-profile individuals. Kyle also played a key role in transitioning applications to Microsoft Office. Following their military service, they worked at BISYS as a Team Leader and Carrier Consultant. From there, they moved on to MedPartners HIM as a Senior Recruiter, before joining Revenue Cycle Solutions | AMN Healthcare as a Senior Account Manager. In this role, they provided workforce solutions and utilized data analytics to improve healthcare facilities' ratings and scores. Currently, they are working as the SR VP Healthcare Solutions at R.A.M. Healthcare Consulting Group, Inc., where they bring their extensive experience in military operations, healthcare, sales, technology, and staff augmentation to optimize healthcare reimbursement through process improvement and analytical initiatives.
