Tommie L. Royster

Tommie L. Royster is the CEO and founder of R-Display & Lighting. Tommie has over 25 years of experience in the display industry, with a focus on organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs).

Tommie began their career at Eastman Kodak in 2003 as a program manager and technology leader. In this role, they led a team to integrate TFT backplane and color filter technology for OLED display applications. Tommie also successfully directed the development of new pigments that promote nanoparticle formation for solvent dispersion technology.

In 2010, they joined OLED Technologies and Solutions, B.V. as their chief technology officer. In this role, they were responsible for directing the integration of technologies required for OLED panel manufacturing. Tommie also developed strategic partnerships required for technology advancement and manufacturing objectives.

In 2012, they founded R-Display & Lighting, a company that specializes in developing innovative display and lighting solutions using OLED technology. Under their leadership, the company has become a world-class provider of OLED materials, equipment, and services.
