Weiyi Han has a diverse work experience in sourcing, management, and project development. Most recently, they served as the Sourcing Director, Asia at RJ Schinner Co., Inc., where they led DMAIC-based sourcing projects and managed over 20 suppliers and 5,000 SKUs in the APAC area. Prior to this, they worked as the APAC Category Sourcing Manager at Villeroy & Boch, leading new product development and new supplier sourcing projects. Weiyi also has experience as a Project Sourcing Manager at iGeo Investment & Consulting, where they were responsible for sourcing new products and suppliers, cost reduction, and maintaining the supplier and price base. Before that, they worked in project management and served as a Market Specialist at Instituto Valenciano de Competitividad Empresarial. Weiyi Han, MBA/CPSM, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hispanic Philology from Shanghai International Studies University, which they received in the years 2001 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on MRNI at Columbus International Business School from 2006 to 2007.
