Rob Poulton

Rob Poulton is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as an Independent Purveyor at R. L. Schreiber, Inc. Flavor Purveyors since December 2017. Previously, Rob held the position of Program Director of Culinary Arts/Restaurant Management at The Pennsylvania School of Culinary Arts, a division of YTI Career Institute Lancaster, from July 1999 to July 2016. Rob's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality from Stratford University and an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from City & Guilds of the London Institute, completed between 1976 and 1978.
