Dario Pennock has a diverse range of IT experience spanning over two decades. Dario began their career in 1999 as a PC Technician at Berks County Intermediate Unit #14 (BCIU) where they worked until 2003. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Freelance PC Technician, providing technical support on a freelance basis. In 2005, they joined Penske Racing as an Engine Technology Technician for a short period before transitioning to Penske Truck Leasing as a PC Support Specialist until 2007. In 2007, they joined RM Palmer Company as a Network Administrator and worked their way up to become the Information Technology Manager in 2013. As of July 2017, they hold the position of Director of Information Technology at RM Palmer Company. Throughout their career, Dario has gained valuable experience in network administration, PC support, and IT management.
Dario Pennock, ITIL, has a diverse education history that spans various fields of study and certifications. In 1999 and 2000, they attended Pace Institute, where they obtained a Network Operations & Computer Programming degree. Moving forward, in 2004 and 2005, they pursued Racing Technology & High Performance Engines at Wyotech-Wyoming Technical Institute. In 2015, they engaged in the AS24 IBM System Operator Workshop for IBM i at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. The following year, in 2017, they obtained an ITIL® Foundation Certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, and also received training in ITIL® and Transitioning into Leadership for an IT Manager from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. Additionally, Dario has an A+ Certification for PC's, though the institution from which they obtained it is unknown.
