Carly Costigan

Carly Costigan is an accomplished visual merchandising professional with extensive experience in leading and enhancing visual presentation strategies across various retail environments. Currently serving as the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager at R.M. Williams Pty Ltd since June 2021, Carly previously held roles at lululemon from September 2018 to June 2021, where responsibilities included Key Lead and Visual Merchandising Team Lead. Additional experience includes working as a Visual Merchandiser at Trenery from November 2016 to June 2018 and starting as a Casual Sales Assistant at Country Road Group from January 2014 to November 2016. Carly holds a Diploma in Visual Merchandising from RMIT University, earned between 2014 and 2015.
