Alexander Bykov

Graduated from the Semashko Moscow Medical Institute with a degree in Clinical Pharmacology, Candidate of Medical Sciences. Coordinated health care projects in professional associations.

He was responsible for the implementation of programs of international organizations in the field of health care (TACIS, USAID), headed the departments of work with governmental and non-governmental organizations, including responsibility for the introduction of pharmacoeconomics and evaluation of medical technologies in a number of large international pharmaceutical companies.

From 2005 to 2011, he was a member of the Council of Europe expert working group (Strasbourg, France) on the preparation of the Medicaid Convention.

Currently works as Director of Health Economics at R-Pharm.
