Philip Rossetti is a Senior Fellow for Energy and Environment at R Street Institute, a position held since October 2020. Previously, Rossetti served as a Fellow for the House Select Committee on the Climate Crisis in the U.S. House of Representatives from August 2019 to October 2020 and held the role of Director of Energy Policy at the American Action Forum from January 2016 to August 2019. Prior experiences include a Young Leaders Fellowship at the Center for the National Interest and serving as Senior Editor for the Journal of Diplomacy and International Relations. Rossetti's early career involved research in climate security and nuclear nonproliferation at the American Security Project and the University of New Mexico. Rossetti holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from Seton Hall University, along with a degree in Political Science with a focus on International Politics from The University of New Mexico.
