Rukmini Bista, M.Eng., EIT has work experience in multiple roles and companies. Starting from 2019, they worked as an Engineer-in-Training (Project Designer) at R.V. Anderson Associates Limited. Prior to that, in 2018, they were a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Ottawa. In 2015, they worked at Global Tech Engineering Consultancy as a Site Civil Engineer from July to December, and as an Engineering Assistant from February to June.

Rukmini Bista, M.Eng., EIT has a Master's degree in Civil (Environmental) Engineering from the University of Ottawa. Rukmini pursued their Master's degree from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Tribhuvan University, studying from 2011 to 2015.
