Erica Conner-Vincent

Erica Conner-Vincent has worked in the Quality Engineering field since 2007. Erica began their career at Bose Corporation, where they held the roles of Total Productive Maintenance Analyst, Electronics Quality Engineer, and Engineering Intern/Co-op in the Automotive Systems Division. During this time, they conducted downtime studies, analyzed data for tactical actions, created graphs and charts, and worked with operators and technicians to gather information about root causes of reoccurring issues. In 2016, they joined R.W. Beckett Corporation as a Senior Quality Engineer, where they analyzed defects from customer escapes/RMA returns and internal failures in Quality Clinic to determine root cause and effective corrective actions. Erica also utilized the Quality Clinic Database to enter and analyze information regarding Customer, Internal, and Supplier Issues. Later that same year, they joined Collins Aerospace as a Senior Quality Engineer, where they performed similar duties as at R.W. Beckett Corporation.

Erica Conner-Vincent attended Orangeburg-Wilkinson High School, followed by the University of South Carolina where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 2007.
