Rick Swartz has held various positions in the Human Resources field since 1990. Rick began their career as a Labor Relations Counselor at LTV Steel - Railroad Division in 1990. In 1999, they became a Labor Relations Specialist at York International. In 2002, they were promoted to Manager, Human Resources at Goodrich Corporation - Landing Gear Division. In 2005, they were promoted again to Manager, Human Resources at Invacare Corporation. Finally, in 2013 they were promoted to Director of Human Resources at RW Beckett Corporation.
Rick Swartz received a BA in Political Science and Psychology from Case Western Reserve University between 1985 and 1989. Rick then went on to pursue a Masters in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cleveland State University between 1994 and 1997.
