Allison Fouts

Allison Fouts is an experienced healthcare operations professional with a strong background in revenue cycle management. Since June 2016, Fouts has held the position of Vice President of Operations at R1 RCM, following progressive roles including Senior Director and Director of Revenue Cycle Projects. Prior to joining R1 RCM, Fouts worked at Ascension Health as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, focusing on Revenue Integrity for over 15 Ascension Ministries after the merger with Alexian Brothers Health System. Fouts began a career in healthcare at Alexian Brothers as a Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst, leading a team that generated an additional $4 million annually through various projects. Earlier experience includes a Wellness Coordinator internship at Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics and serving as Executive Vice President for the Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority at Purdue University, where Fouts implemented organizational improvements and managed leadership roles. Fouts holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Health from Purdue University.
