Jana Kopeinig Anderson

Jana Kopeinig Anderson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer operations and revenue cycle management. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Operations at R1 RCM since February 2012, Jana has progressed through various roles within the company, including Senior Director and Director of Client Operations. Prior to R1 RCM, Jana worked as Revenue and Operations Manager at Fleur de Sel Private Chef & Catering and gained analytical experience at Goldman Sachs as an Asset Management Operations Analyst. Jana holds a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies/Arabic from Brigham Young University, earned in 2008.
