Lashana Jackson

Lashana Jackson serves as the Senior Vice President of Talent Management & Inclusion at R1 RCM since August 2019, where responsibilities encompass performance management, learning, recognition, onboarding, and community involvement. Previously, Lashana held significant roles at Aon, including SVP of Global Talent Management and Director of Diversity & Inclusion, focusing on strategic HR leadership and diversity initiatives. Additionally, Lashana contributes as a board member for The Joffrey Ballet and previously for SkyART NFP and Ignite. In addition to experience in various HR roles at Aon that contributed to talent development and diversity progress, Lashana also serves as a Nonlawyer Commissioner for the ARDC of the Supreme Court of Illinois. Lashana holds a degree from Howard University.
