Shawn Loudenback

Shawn Loudenback serves as Owner and Vice President of Business Development at R1 Washington since February 2019, focusing on a new brokerage model for Northwest firms that is designed by brokers for brokers. As an independent consultant for Business Development since January 2012, Shawn has successfully supported start-ups and early phase businesses with strategic market offerings and operational efficiencies. Previously, Shawn held the role of Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development at Telexy Healthcare from December 2013 to March 2019, managing all sales operations. Shawn's extensive experience includes positions such as Sales Manager at Vertafore, Head Coach for the University of Washington Men's Rugby team, and Director of Sales at VIEVU. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Marketing from New Mexico State University.
