Melisa Pandolfi

Melisa Pandolfi has worked in the finance and data science industries since 2015. Melisa began their career at EY as a Junior Consultant Financial Services, and was later promoted to Senior Consultant Financial Services. In 2018, they moved to Telefónica as a Data Scientist. In 2019, they joined Mercado Libre as a Data Scientist in the Credits department. In 2021, they moved to Despegar as a Data Scientist. Most recently, in 2022, they joined R2 as a Credit Risk Analyst.

Melisa Pandolfi is currently enrolled in the Escuela de Formación de Líderes for a Coaching Ontológico degree, which they began in 2021. Melisa previously attended Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, where they obtained a Master of Science in Management & Analytics in 2021, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics in 2014. Melisa also attended Université catholique de Louvain for an Erasmus Exchange Programme. In addition, they hold certifications in Problem Solving from Capability Building (obtained in December 2021), LEAD - Executive Course from IAE Business School, and MicroStrategy Power User from MicroStrategy.
