Carlos Arena

Carlos Arena is the current Head of Sales Americas at R3. Carlos has held this position since February of 2022. Prior to this, they were the Global Head of Banking Sales from September 2016 to February 2022. Before that, they were a Director at Deutsche Bank from September 2013 to August 2016. Carlos Arena has also worked as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs from May 2001 to September 2013 and as an Associate at KPMG US from September 1999 to May 2001.

Carlos Arena has a Master's Degree in Financial Accounting and Control from The University of Texas at Austin. Carlos also has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Texas at Austin. In addition, they are certified by R3 in Corda Certification and by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as a Certified Public Accountant. Carlos is also certified by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in Series 7 and 63.

Carlos Arena reports to Cathy Minter, Chief Revenue Officer. Carlos Arena works with Ryan Rugg - Global Head of Insurance, Adam Furgal - Head of Delivery Services, and Keiji Sakai - Head of Brazil.
