Kate Walters

Kate Walters is the Deputy General Counsel at R3. Kate has extensive experience in corporate law, finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Kate previously worked as a partner at Bingham McCutchen, where they participated in over 200 financings. Kate also served as the General Counsel at Carrelton Asset Management, a long/short equity hedge fund with a focus on natural resources and specialty consumer sectors. Kate has a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA from Yale University.

Kate Walters has a BA in Theirtory from Le Moyne College, a JD from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, and an Executive MBA in Finance and Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business.
