Grace Coletta

Grace helped ensure hundreds of team members were set up for success at R1 RCM, a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management services for hospitals, health systems and physician groups. At R1 RCM, she facilitated multi-day change management training sessions, developed internal communications across departments, and communicated issues to the executive team to ensure team members were effectively integrated into the company.

Prior to R1 RCM, Grace joined Outcome Health in 2015 and supported the President & Co-Founder, as Executive Assistant. At Outcome, she designed, built and implemented the first Diversity & Inclusion initiative to retain female talent, foster an inclusive work environment, develop future leaders, and increase employee engagement.

Grace attended Luther College on academic and music scholarships, graduating Cum Laude with degrees in Psychology and Women & Gender Studies.
