Maggie Wang

Maggie Wang's work experience started in 2014 at ACTIVE Network, LLC, where they held the roles of Associate Manager and then Senior Manager. As a Senior Manager, they managed a team of 45 agents in China, providing technical support to clients in Outdoors, Sports, and Endurance and Communities. Maggie set goals and KPIs for the team, communicated with the NA management team regularly, and created reports and dashboards to monitor team performance and customer satisfaction.

In 2017, Maggie joined Aspira as a Senior Manager, where they managed a technical support team responsible for inventory update requests for North American clients. Maggie focused on improving customer satisfaction, building reports, tracking metrics, and improving team efficiency. Maggie also worked closely with the North American leadership team and other functional teams.

Maggie Wang attended Xi'an International Studies University from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, specializing in General Studies.
