Esther Poulsen

Esther Poulsen is the Founder & CEO of Raare Solutions. Esther has over fifteen years of experience in the automotive and luxury goods industries, with a focus on customer relationship management (CRM).

Poulsen began their career as a Business Analyst and Project Manager for BMW of North America, LLC. In this role, they were responsible for managing customer and marketing databases, as well as overseeing CRM communications best practices. Esther also authored business materials such as RFP/RFI responses, sales presentations, press releases, blogs, newsletters, and social media updates.

In 2004, Poulsen transitioned to Enterprise Architect for Cummins Inc., where they were responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-wide business solutions. After two years in this role, they returned to BMW of North America, LLC as a CRM Process Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the company's customer and marketing databases, Aftersales CRM, Business Development Centers, Campaign Management Resources, consumer data management, and CRM communications best practices.

In 2011, Poulsen left BMW of North America to join Search Optics, Inc. as their Director of Communications. In this role, they were responsible for writing and editing business materials, including sales presentations, press releases, blogs, newsletters, and social media updates. Esther also helped plan and design trade shows and develop creative materials.

In 2012, Poulsen left Search Optics to focus on their own company, Raare Solutions LLC. Raare Solutions is a software company that specializes in developing customer relationship management (CRM)

Esther Poulsen has a BA in Communications from Temple University, a Certificate in IT Leadership Development Program from Babson College School of Executive Education, and an English Communications degree from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. William Tennent is their high school.
