Julie Schimmel is an experienced Jewish Educator with a career spanning over three decades. Since September 2002, Julie has been teaching third-grade Judaic studies Hebrew immersion classes at Pressman Academy, along with participating in curriculum writing. In addition to this role, Julie has been involved in Jewish education since 1991, having served as a principal of Religious Schools, a teacher in Religious Schools, and a Day School teacher. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership at Gratz College, Julie previously earned a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration as well as a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Jewish Education and Jewish Studies from American Jewish University.
