Walid Shabana

Walid Shabana has over 16 years of experience in the technology industry. Walid is currently a Co-founder & CTO at Rabbit, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Vodafone from 2005 to 2021 in various roles, including Head of Digital Engineering, Senior Manager, Architecture & Integration, Integration Manager, Senior System Analyst, System Analyst, Analyst Programmer, and Programmer.

Walid Shabana received their Thanawiya Amma from Collège De La Salle in 1998-1999. Walid then went on to earn their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The American University in Cairo in 2000-2005. In 2008, they obtained the TIBCO® Certified Professional for BW 5.x certification. Finally, they earned their Masters in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University in 2010-2012.
