Monique Hulscher Msc

Monique Hulscher MSc has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR manager for Rabobank's Waterland e.o. since January 2017. Previously, Monique held positions as an HR advisor at Bayer from August 2000 to October 2001 and as a personnel advisor at UWV from November 1985 to August 2000, where responsibilities spanned various roles including personnel functionary at the Amsterdam Kronenburg district office and personnel advisor at the head office's Facilities Unit. Monique's educational background includes a post-master in organizational change psychology from Radboud University, a master's in business administration from Radboud University, a post-bachelor in coaching and consultancy from The Hague University, and a bachelor's degree in human resources from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
