Douglas Winter

Douglas Winter has over two decades of experience in leadership and project management within the construction and aquaculture industries. Currently serving as President at Great Atlantic Shellfish Farms since January 2014, Douglas Winter also holds the role of Director of Safety and Project Management at Racanelli Construction, a position maintained since January 1997. Previously, Douglas Winter was the President of Long Island Blue Point Oyster LLC from November 2011 to December 2018, where the company became the first licensed aquaculture farm in the waters of Long Island's Great South Bay, specializing in famous Blue Point oysters. Douglas Winter holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Adelphi University, completed between 1982 and 1984.
