Laura Ojeda

Laura Ojeda currently serves as Directora de Personas at RACC since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Director for Iberia and Human Resources Manager at RB from September 2007 to April 2024, overseeing HR Business Partners and leading the Engagement project across multiple countries. Previous positions consist of Human Resources Coordinator at Caprabo (2005-2007), where responsibilities included coordinating training and selection activities, developing HR policies, and managing performance evaluation systems, as well as roles as a Human Resources Specialist at Abertis Telecom (2000-2005), focusing on communication plans and training needs analysis. Laura Ojeda holds an MBA from Esade, a Master's in Human Resources Management from EAE, and a degree in Psychology from Ramon Llull-Blanquerna University.
