Jennifer Tatum has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jennifer began their career in 2004 at Boehm-Ritter Inc. as a Customer Service Manager before moving on to Syndero as a Director of Customer Service. At Syndero, they built and managed a call center and distribution center. In 2014, they worked as a District Manager for Spirit Halloween, overseeing operations and HR tasks for multiple locations. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a District Manager for Mobile Management LLC, where they handled operations, recruitment, and coaching for retail locations. In 2017, they worked as an Operations Manager for Community Answering Service, followed by a role as Nevada Operations Manager for Medconnect USA in 2018. In 2019, they became a District Manager for Cherry Hill Programs. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Race Communications as a Senior Corporate Recruiter and was later promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager. Throughout their career, Jennifer has showcased their expertise in operations, HR, customer service, recruiting, and management.

Jennifer Tatum completed their high school education from Benicia High School, earning a diploma in General studies. Jennifer attended from 1994 to 1997. Jennifer later pursued higher education at Diablo Valley College, starting in 2019. Jennifer has not yet completed a degree at this institution, but their field of study at Diablo Valley College is Business Administration and Management, General.
