Fanny Tham Ratz gained work experience in various roles and organizations throughout their career. Fanny began their professional journey as a Summer Intern at Oriflame Cosmetics in 2008. Following this, they joined Philips as a Management Trainee in 2008 and worked there until 2010. In 2010, Fanny returned to Oriflame Cosmetics as a Wellness Sales Development Associate, where their responsibilities included business development, market analysis, and product training. Fanny then took on the role of Wellness Manager Indonesia and Wellness Coordinator Asia, where they successfully implemented sales and marketing strategies for the region. From 2013 to 2018, Fanny worked as a Global Sales Strategy Manager Wellness at Oriflame Cosmetics, focusing on brand activation and program development for the global Wellness business. In 2019, they became the Business Manager at Race For The Baltic, a non-profit foundation with a mission to restore the health of the Baltic Sea. In this position, Fanny works as a convener, bringing together stakeholders to implement concrete projects aimed at restoring the sea's health.

Fanny Tham Ratz has a diverse education history. In 2021 to 2022, they attended Stockholm School of Economics and focused on studying Sustainability, Strategy, and Innovation. Earlier, from 2003 to 2008, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Economics at Uppsala University.
