David Stradtman

David Stradtman has a strong background in real estate and development. David started their career at SUPERVALU as a Real Estate Representative, where they coordinated projects and negotiated various real estate transactions. David then moved on to Video Update, where they served as the Director of Real Estate and implemented growth and management strategies for a national chain store. After that, they worked at SUPERVALU again as a Real Estate Manager, actively participating in strategic planning and negotiating development projects. David later joined Reliance Development Company as the Director of Development, managing all aspects of development projects and maximizing the value of the portfolio. David then worked at Alliance Bank as the Vice President of Real Estate Management and Administration, responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing management and disposition strategies for real estate assets. Currently, they are the Vice President of Development at Rachel Contracting, Inc. Overall, David Stradtman has a wealth of experience in real estate and development, showcasing their strong leadership and strategic skills.

David Stradtman attended Stillwater High School from 1983 to 1986. After completing high school, they went on to the University of Minnesota Duluth where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, Philosophy, and Economics from 1986 to 1990. Following their undergraduate studies, David attended the Mitchell Hamline School of Law from 1990 to 1993, where they earned their Juris Doctor degree specializing in Law.
