Iris DeJesus has worked in the food industry for many years. Iris started as a server at Carlos' Kitchen from January 2012 to December 2014. During their time there, they were the lead server and was responsible for bussing, dishes, cash handling, and minimal food preparation. Iris then left Carlos' Kitchen to work at Starbucks from May 2005 to December 2011. At Starbucks, they were a shift supervisor and was responsible for delegating fellow employees to their positions for the day, ordering, cash handling, inventory, and performing as a barista. In December 2011, they left Starbucks to become the general manager at Rachel's Kitchen, where they still work today.
Iris DeJesus has a diploma in General Studies from Burk Academic Preparatory Center.
Their manager is Debbie Roxarzade, Founder and CEO. They are on a team with Rachel Davies - Senior Workshop Facilitator, Pat Hiller - Vice President Franchise Development.
