Paula MacDonald Silva

Paula Macdonald Silva has a strong background in growth and digital marketing. Paula worked as a Head of Growth at Racional from February 2023 to present, and previously held the same role at Houm from September 2022 to February 2023. Before that, Paula was a Regional Growth Manager at Houm from February 2022 to September 2022. Paula also served as a Digital Growth Lead and a Digital Growth Hacker at Virtus Partners from March 2020 to February 2022. Paula's experience also includes working as a Product Owner for Falabella Retail S.A from February 2018 to March 2020. Paula gained early experience as a Business Intern at IBM from August 2017 to January 2018. Paula began their career as an Ayudante (Assistant) at Facultad de Economía y Negocios - Universidad de Chile in March 2014, where they also served as a Departamento de Administración (Department of Administration) and Ayudante de Diplomado (Teaching Assistant for Diploma Program) until May 2017.

Paula Macdonald Silva attended the Universidad de Chile from 2013 to 2017, studying Ingeniería Comercial with a focus on Administración. Paula also participated in a student exchange program at the University of Melbourne in 2016. Prior to their university education, they studied at The Grange School from 2008 to 2012. Paula completed their primary education at Redland School from 1999 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Paula Macdonald Silva obtained certifications including Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org and Enterprise Design Thinking - Practitioner, Co-Creator & Team Essentials for AI from IBM in the year 2020.
