Lance Weaver

Lance Weaver currently serves as the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Rackspace Technology and a Board Observer at Platform9. Previously, Lance held multiple leadership roles at Intel Corporation, including VP & GM, Chief Strategy Officer for the Datacenter & AI Group, and VP & GM of Data Center & Cloud Strategy. Lance has significant experience at Equinix, where leadership in Research & Incubation drove a major strategy shift and led to the launch of new software growth products. Prior to Equinix, Lance worked at Pensando Systems, GE in various capacities including CTO for GE Digital and GE Appliances & Lighting, and held roles at NetGain Technologies and Staples. Lance began their career as an Information Technology Systems Administrator. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science from Truman State University.
