Rory Topzand-O'Rourke is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical consulting. Currently serving as a Lead Customer Success Engineer at Rackspace since November 2018, Rory previously held the position of Senior IT Consultant at Agilyx Australia from May 2016 to November 2018, after relocating to the Sydney headquarters.
