Jerry Jelinek

Jerry Jelinek has over 35 years of work experience in the software engineering field. Jerry began their career in 1983 as a Software Engineer at Interface Technology. Jerry then moved to Martin Marietta in 1985 as an MTS. In 1987, they returned to software engineering as a Staff Engineer at Sun Microsystems. Jerry remained at Sun Microsystems until 2000, when they became a Principal Software Engineer at Oracle. In 2010, they joined Joyent as a Software Engineer and then moved to RackTop Systems in 2020, where they currently serve as a Software Engineer.

Jerry Jelinek obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis between 1979 and 1983. Jerry then went on to earn a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Denver between 1986 and 1990.
