Simon Baldock

Simon Baldock's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Simon began their career at SBC IT as a Business Analyst. Simon then moved to Mercedes-Benz Australia, where they worked as a Business Analyst and later became an Engagement Manager and Project Manager. Simon then joined GE Capital, where they held positions as a Senior Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and Senior Project Manager. After that, they joined Latitude Financial Services as a Delivery Manager and then became a Program Manager. Currently, they are working at RACV, first as the Head of Salesforce and Integration, and later as the Head of Strategy and Architecture. Overall, Simon has a diverse background in project management, IT service delivery, and system re-platforming.

Simon Baldock obtained a Bachelor of Information Systems from Deakin University, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Simon also holds additional certifications including Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance (obtained in March 2015), Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute (obtained in August 2012), Business Consultant Qualification from Daimler AG (obtained in 2011), Finance for Non-Finance Managers from Australian Institute of Management (obtained in 2011), and Future Leaders Compass - Leadership Program from Mercedes-Benz Australia (obtained in 2010).
