Lisa Goldfarb began their work experience in 2000 at RAD Data Communications, Inc. as a Human Resources Recruiter. Lisa then transitioned to RAD Data Communications in 2005, where they held the positions of Human Resources Manager and later Director of Human Resources. In these roles, they were responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, training programs, succession planning, compensation and benefit management, performance reviews, and implementing best practices.
Lisa Goldfarb earned their Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University in 1982. Lisa continued their education at Lehigh University and completed their M.A. in Community Counseling in 1983.
