Pete Boudreaux has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Pete currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Operations at Rad Power Bikes, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to this, Pete worked at Chewy as the Vice President of Customer Service from August 2020 to September 2021.

Before joining Chewy, Pete was the Vice President of Customer Success at WHOOP from March 2020 to August 2020. Pete'sexperience in leadership roles includes being the Head of Service at Wayfair, where they supervised North American Service Teams and oversaw the launch and management of various sales and service centers.

Pete also worked at Uber as the CS Site Leader, responsible for the performance and development of the Customer Service Center of Excellence in Phoenix, Arizona. Pete was previously employed at Amazon, where they served as a Sr. Manager in Employee Relations and later became the Site Leader for various Amazon fulfillment centers, focusing on leadership development, operational execution, and building high-performing teams.

Pete began their career at eBay as a Supervisor in the Customer Support Department and progressed to become a Senior Manager in Customer Support Operations.

Prior to their roles in the tech industry, Pete worked as a Sales & Marketing Manager at Empire Brokerage Company (EMCO), specializing in label sales and manufacturing.

Throughout their career, Pete has demonstrated a strong track record of leadership, operational excellence, and customer-centricity.

Pete Boudreaux holds a certification in Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, which they obtained in 2009. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Communications/Public Relations from Utah State University, where they studied from 1991 to 1994.
