Richard Eric Chitwood Sr.

Richard Eric Chitwood Sr. is a seasoned design engineer with extensive experience in product development and automation applications. Currently serving as a Senior Product Design Engineer at Rad Source Technologies since January 2020, Richard leads the design and development of new products. Previously, Richard worked at CAS-Container Automation Systems as a Robotics and Automation Design Engineer, overseeing new product design and supervising engineering teams. Richard also held positions at Chart Industries and ITW, focusing on mechanical design and engineering, and began a career at Hill PHOENIX as a Project Engineer, specializing in refrigeration and airflow system designs. Richard’s educational background includes an A.S. in Specialized Technologies with a focus on Mechanical Design from Sinclair Community College and other relevant institutions.
