Jessica Carman

Jessica Carman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and recruitment marketing, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Radancy since January 2021. At Radancy, a leader in cloud-based talent acquisition software, Jessica contributes to optimizing the candidate journey through data-driven insights. Prior to Radancy, Jessica held various leadership roles at TMP Worldwide including Senior Manager of Recruitment Marketing and Account Director. Jessica's earlier career includes significant positions at Regeneron and IBM Smarter Workforce, where expertise in university relations and recruitment strategies was developed. Jessica earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications from King's College and completed high school at St. Thomas More Academy.
