Manly Hayes has a diverse work experience in various technology-related roles. Manly started their career in 2016 as a Software Engineering Intern at Cyrcle, where they developed the backend of an ecommerce website. In 2017, they interned at UnifyID, working on an Android backend system for a revolutionary authentication system. Manly also worked at NVIDIA as a Deep Learning Software Engineer, conducting research on end-to-end deep learning for self-driving cars. At CodeBase, they served as the Consulting VP, offering consulting services to start-ups and connecting them with engineers to develop their products. Manly also had a role as a Software Engineering Intern at Intuitive Surgical and worked as a Computer Science Instructor and Recruiter at Juni Learning. In 2019, they joined Datavant as the Product Implementations Lead/Software Engineer through an entrepreneurial rotational program, focusing on connecting and sharing healthcare data. Most recently, Manly worked at Scale AI as a Solutions Engineer before joining Radar as a Senior Solutions Engineer in 2023.

Manly Hayes completed their high school education at Middlesex County Academy for Math Science Engineering Technologies from 2011 to 2015. Manly then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Cognitive Science from the University of California, Berkeley, from 2015 to 2019.
