Paulien Schaank

Paulien Schaank is currently an Adviseur at RadarAdvies, a think tank focused on social issues, since April 2021. Prior to this role, Paulien held positions including Onderzoeker/Adviseur at Paulien Schaank Onderzoek en Advies, where research focused on social interventions in the cultural sector, and served as a Studiebegeleider/coach at BijlesAcademie, supporting students in their final exam preparations. Paulien has also gained experience as a Trainee at Kickstart Your Social Impact, and contributed as an Adviseur and medewerker Alumniproject at Nova College, facilitating the development of an inclusive alumni network. Other notable roles include Peer Educator at Diversion, Private Tutor at Bijlesbureau StudentsPlus Nederland, Junior Onderzoeker at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and Member of the Youth Project Group for UNESCO at NJR. Paulien Schaank holds a Master of Science in Criminologie from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Science in Algemene Sociale Wetenschappen from Utrecht University.
